How to monitor a student’s progress

As a facilitator, the dashboard gives you an overview of your school’s activity, like the number of students in the school, or the number of homework assignments that ready to be reviewed.

To review specific student’s progress, access the menu located in the top left corner of your screen and navigate to the ‘Student Portfolios & Progress’ section.

Use the dropdown menus to select the Group, Subgroup, School, and specific Student, to view their information. The selected student’s homework status will be displayed, and 4 possible status’s can be expected: 

‘Started’ which means the student has began watching the session and is in the process of submitting homework.

‘Submitted’ tells you the student has submitted the homework and it’s ready for you to mark.

‘Resubmission Required’ shows that the student is re-attempting the homework.

‘Approved’ tells you the homework is done and you have approved it.

You can also view that student’s progress in other subjects by selecting the “Subject” dropdown and choosing the subject you want to see. To view a different student’s progress, select the “Students” dropdown and choose their name.
