How to Create a Group

Live School is much better in groups. It can help you retain what you’ve learned when you can reflect and discuss with other believers doing the curriculum with you.

Creating a group on the Monarch Project can be done by:

1. Logging in and going to the menu in the top right

2. Then click on groups

3. On the groups page, the button “Create a Group” will be visible. Click on the “Create a Group” button

4. On the group creation form, fill out all your information, the default group name can be changed. The Partnership question is about larger partnerships that contains multiple groups. If you are a part of an existing partnership, let us know by writing in the name of the partnership.

5. Once you are finished entering in your group information, hit the “Submit” button.

You will be sent to the confirmation page, where your unique group code will be displayed.

This unique group code must be sent to the students in your group so that they can paste that group code into the “Group Code” field in the registration page when they create their account or in the Join a group option after they have created their account. You will be able to view the students in your group and track their progress by viewing their submitted notes for every session.
