How to Reset Password

The following steps will quickly and easily guide you through how you can reset your password. 

1.) Firstly, go to the log in page and click the “Sign In” button.

2.) Select the “Forgot Password?” link to be redirected to the reset page.

3.) On the reset page, enter in your email and hit “Send Request”.

4.) Head over to your email account and you will then receive an email from the Monarch system with a 6-digit code to reset your password.

5.) Copy the code, head back to the reset page and paste the code into the presented field. Click “Verify”

6.) Enter your new password, click “Update Password” and you’re done!
